Edilberto Fonseca

Edilberto Fonseca is an interdisciplinary artist based in Colombia. He has focused on sound-based artistic projects that extend to visual art, dance and improvisation. He has recently been the artistic director and curator of the artist residency ‘silencios intermitentes’ in Bogota Colombia. His works reflect and question different situations experienced by people from countries that were colonized and the practices of violence exercised on the oppressed.
