Lathika Vithanage

Lathika Vithanage is a weaver of beauty in this world. She is driven by a deep wish to connect with the essence of life and is on a search for freedom. This search has seen her change career, from the corporate IT world to the freelance musician world, change continent, from the vast and expansive antipodes to central Europe, and more recently change focus, from baroque violinist to Alexander technique teacher. She is fascinated and humbled by her studies of the mind-body connection and searches for ways to include her whole self in her artistic endeavours. She is passionate about inviting others to take steps to connecting to themselves and each other through her community building efforts.
