Born in Colquechaca, Boliva. A local researcher, since he was 15 years old he has been collecting documentation and the oral tradition of this region. His collection includes photos from the beginning of the last century showing men in English cashmere suits and women in French clothes; European-style shops with mannequins included and mitayos from the time of the silver boom of the 1800s.
Director and creator of the "Ñawpa" Museum in Colquechaca, founder of the newspaper Norte Potosí "La Ojota", the magazine "San Bartolomé", the magazine Los Hualaychos "carnival", magazine "Years Dorados" # 1, Images of Colquechaca # 2, "Tinku maximum expression" magazine # 1, "Tinku maximum expression" magazine # 3, "Aullagas Patrimonio Departamental de Potosí" magazine. He has participated in different congresses such as the first workshop on revaluation of Tinku Macha 2002, organized the first seminar on history in culture and archeology of the Municipality of Colquechaca in 2003, conference on the origin of Tinku Potosí in 2007, the second seminar on history, culture and archeology of the Municipality of Colquechaca 2008, the first music festival Indigenous Dances of Bolivia Tiwanaku in 2009, the International festival of Potosí cultures of 2016 and the second meeting of international Numismatics in 2018, among others.
