Lirio Fuertes Mamani, Quechua, born in Potosí. Cultural activist, content creator and producer of the Potosí Conversa program.
Lover of sociology and investigative journalism, she worked in photo reports and investigations on the Cerro Rico; miners, women guards, palliris, and recently promoter of the investigation of miners who were ambushed in Playa Verde in November 2019. She is dedicated to the art and teaching of the Quechua language from the Tics; social networks and E-learning platforms. She is currently a member of the Latin American digital directory of indigenous languages.
